Our Operations
In the emergency department, we meet people in life-changing moments. Our daily work focuses on assessing and caring for patients seeking emergency help. If you are interested in a career in a broad field, where you will personally develop in your role as a nurse, then you should work in the emergency department. With us, you will receive a solid foundation and a tailored introduction program.
Your Mission
As a nurse with us in the emergency department, you will work with care, assessment, prioritization, and treatment of the acutely ill or injured patient. We work in teams with nursing assistants and doctors, where the nurse has a team leader role. We handle causes of care within several medical specialties such as internal medicine, surgery, and orthopedics.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with previous experience in the profession. Experience in emergency care is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and would like you to be easy to collaborate with, flexible, able to quickly reprioritize, thrive with changes in pace, and varying tasks.
We Offer
We can offer both temporary and permanent positions. Working hours according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing.
In the emergency department, we work in rotation according to a points model with reduced working hours. We offer a tailored introduction program. You also have the opportunity for study pay when furthering your education to become a specialist nurse in emergency care.
We offer professional development in the form of, among other things, ATSS (Acute Trauma Care for Nurses), AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support), study days twice per semester including A-CPR adult, A-CPR child, and CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives – handling during releases of the mentioned substances). You also have the opportunity for study pay when furthering your education to become a specialist nurse in emergency care.
